Teng Tools and Petter Solberg heading for continued success in Finland

In Kouvola, Finland, about 80 miles northeast of Helsinki, it’s now time for the fourth round of the World Rallycross Championship. After the first three rounds, Petter Solberg is on the heels of Latvian Reinis Nitiss and there’s a lot of excitement for the upcoming competition this weekend.

In Norwegian Hell the team's strategy was to collect points without taking any unnecessary risks. They created the right conditions for smooth driving, in order to increase the chances of a top result - a mindset that paid off with a second place at Lånkebanan. The record audience really showed their appreciation for their countryman, who in turn showed that he definitely has what it takes to compete at the top level.

Recently the PSRX workshop has been quite busy with the preparations for three straight races. And while the team was on their way to Kouvola, containers were being shipped to Canada for the race in August. A logistical challenge out of the ordinary that requires full control of tools and procedures. As always, the team and Teng Tools work together to achieve the best results, both in the preparations and in the races where every tenth makes a difference. A fact that will be particularly true in Kouvola, where one of this season’s most technically challenging race circuits awaits.

- The first three rounds have resulted in three different winners and the fight for the title is getting more and more intense. The next three rounds will be quite crucial as to the end result, and in a few weeks we will know which ones are still in the game, says Petter.

This weekend will offer yet another exciting and technically demanding World Rallycross round. With a fitting strategy and the right equipment Petter, the team and Teng Tools will keep their eyes on the ultimate goal: the World Champion title.
