Victory for Solberg at Lydden Hill!

With a focus on tactics and analyses, in addition to outstanding driving skills and a well-organized way of working, Petter Solberg has further increased his lead. After the victory at legendary Lydden Hill in the fourth Championship round, he is now a full 29 points ahead of runner-up Johan Kristofferson. The strategy that Petter and his team have adopted for this season is an important success factor, along with thorough preparations and a smooth workflow, both in the pit and in the workshop.

In the third round, at the Circuit Jules Tacheny in Belgium, Petter, eager to start, was punished with one extra joker-lap in the semi-finals, costing him precious time. But by sticking to the plan and not taking any unnecessary risks, he made it to the final, where he as skilfully as ever secured second place, gaining important Championship points.

Two victories and two second places in four rounds – now that’s a great way to start the season! And although Petter is the one driving, he stresses the fact that the entire team shares the credit for these remarkable results, seeing as everyone is in full control regarding tools as well as individual assignments at all times. This makes for quick and methodical work, whether back home in Torsby or in the new mobile workshop, which continues to attract attention at the races.

The fifth round, which takes place in German Estering in June, present yet another opportunity for the reigning Champion to show the world what winner instinct, skills and a well-organised workshop mean when every second counts.
